TWIN TWISTERS

SHORT FILM
Twin Twisters — Studio Iris Jacobs

Ladies in Control Film Festival · Barcelona 2025 · Short Film

Starring

Twin Twisters

A surreal thriller about love, control and the echo of emotional captivity.

On the day that should change everything, Zaza drifts through memory, family images and a wedding atmosphere that never fully settles into reality. What appears intimate slowly reveals a deeper emotional wound.

Twin Twisters moves through shifting states of affection, manipulation and repetition, tracing the impact of narcissistic abuse within a family bond. The film stays poetic rather than literal, unfolding like a dream that cannot release its grip.

An indie film production shaped by cinema, theatre and contemporary dance.
