MOST WANTED
Studio Iris Jacobs Jumps Headfirst Into the Bigoli Rom-Com Challenge When Barcelona’s Bigoli Studios launched their whirlwind romantic comedy film challenge, Studio Iris Jacobs knew it was time to step outside our comfort zone. Every film makes you more complete. Romantic comedy? Not exactly our usual genre. But with a brilliant cast—Nicolette Sweeney, Arlín Sagués, Chadbert Bunchweth, Claudia Frontín, and Marcos Aguilera—and a wildly talented crew, we said yes to the challenge and no to sleep. With just 69 hours to write, shoot, and edit, compose music or something that would be going for music, we turned the clock into our co-writer. It was a creative sprint, a chaos-fueled experiment more than a polished Iris Jacobs production—but somehow, between the laugh-cries and caffeine highs, a little movie magic happened. Armed with nothing but a folding albanico fan, a questionable heist plan, and one unforgettable line—“So who is the veterinarian now?”—we leaned into the absurdity and found something surprisingly heartfelt. It was weird, it was joyful, it was us, temporarily possessed by the spirit of rom-coms past. We didn’t set out to redefine our studio's voice. We just wanted to stretch, risk, play—and in the end, we made something charming, hilarious, and uniquely ours.
' Most Wanted is a short romantic comedy about an escaped criminal couple turned polyamory pioneers who place a daring personal ad to awaken bored suburban couples—only to find themselves entangled in unexpected truths and emotional chaos. '
