Iris Jacobs is a multilingual (voice) actor fluent in Dutch, English, and Spanish, and offers authentic, emotionally resonant performances tailored to international audiences. Whether you are producing e-learning content, fiction podcasts, narrative films, comedy sketches, commercials, or audiobooks, Iris Jacobs delivers clear, engaging, and professional voiceovers that align with your creative vision. Over the years, Iris Jacobs has voiced a wide range of projects for both independent creators and global brands like Amazon, Vichy, Veiling and Vodafone. From instructional clarity to playful character work, she adapts tone and delivery to meet the unique needs of each script.
Acting
Iris Jacobs is an actor trained at The Actors Space in Spain, with a strong foundation in the physical theatre methodology of Jacques Lecoq. Her work is rooted in movement, instinct, and emotional presence, whether on stage, on screen, or behind the microphone. She has performed across theatre, film, and commercial projects, approaching each role with curiosity, precision, and range. Most recently, she appeared in the theatre production Calma Tensa in Madrid, directed by Majo Cordonet, and performed in the film Burden of Seeing, directed by Jonathan Herzberg; a project for which she also co-wrote the screenplay and produced the film. Iris is represented by Dutch Casting in the Netherlands, MOT Management, and Mira Model in Spain, and works internationally in Dutch-, English-, and Spanish-speaking markets. Committed to continuous training, she is always refining her craft, expanding her tools, and seeking meaningful collaborations. She is drawn to narrative-driven work, character-led storytelling, and devised theatre; projects that feel alive and reflect her passion for finding truth in storytelling.
Singing
Singing has always been a meaningful way for Iris Jacobs to connect emotion, rhythm, and story. Growing up in a musical family nearby Amsterdam; her grandfather a bass player and running jam sessions in 'De Melkweg' and her father running the record shop and label Boudisque, she developed a natural passion for music, sound and performance. She wrote and sang on Rhythmic Reverie with Fehleryin, exploring both poetic and sonic aspects of her art. Drawn to music that feels authentic and intimate, her style blends indie, pop and jazz influences. Always learning and refining her voice, she enjoys collaborating with producers, composers, and fellow musicians to create expressive, authentic work. Iris is open to new projects, from vocal features and experimental collaborations to storytelling through song.

ABOUT
Iris Jacobs is besides a writer and director, a passionate actor, performer, and voice artist with a deep love for storytelling, physical theatre and movement. Her journey began early; appearing in a music video from D-Shake – My Heart The Beat, at age ten—and grew through roles in commercials, theatre, and indie film. From playing a mafia woman on stage to modeling for GVB and acting in an Eddy Terstall film, she’s embraced a wide range of characters and disciplines. Her passion for acting was reignited at ‘The Actors Space’ in Barcelona, where workshops like ‘Directing Performance’ and ‘Passionate Nature’ deepened her craft. Now based between Amsterdam, Barcelona and Madrid, she recently performed with the ‘Madrilonika Lab’ with Majo Cordonet, further exploring experimental work on stage. Iris is also an established voice artist, with credits for Amazon, Vodafone, audiobooks, and e-learning projects. She is especially excited to pursue more animation and comedic roles but is open to everything that you see in her as a character to explore and embody in your project.
Represented by Mot Management, Mira Model & Dutch Casting Iris is available for theatre, film, commercial, and Voice Over work, especially as she builds her acting reel she is also open for collaborations.
