While our main role centers around storytelling and making art, Iris remains closely connected to the craft of production & cultural design: she continues to offer guidance in art direction and props building, and designing experiences, ensuring cohesion and quality throughout every layer of production.
If a project requires a skill set outside her current focus, Iris draws from her trusted global network of talented artists, builders, and designers: carefully selected over years of collaboration across continents and disciplines. This ensures that every client, regardless of scale or location, receives the right team for the job.

At Studio Iris Jacobs, prop building is one of the creative services we offer: supporting visual projects across film, photography, events, theatre, and more. While it’s not our sole focus, we have developed a strong track record of designing and fabricating custom props that help elevate storytelling, add atmosphere, and bring concepts to life. Over the years, we have created a wide range of props, from stylised objects to functional builds.
